Just some random stuff on a Sunday…
—> Every day, I keep finding out how truly blessed I am. And I’m so damn thankful, it’s ridiculous. Friday, at the BET Relief Telethon, I was on the elevator with Jill Scott. A few hours after writing Friday’s post with her song as the inspiration. She told me I looked familiar and that she remembered us meeting before. And then she hugged me. Like she knew I needed that. Right then. Right there. I swear it was no coincidence. And that kind of stuff happens to me all the time. Yup, truly blessed I am. So damn thankful, too… (more…)
