Hope You Don’t Mind…
It’s August. My birthday month. Part of the Summer of Will. And here I am officially in my new digs. I like it here. And have you seen my neighbors?!?!? They’re gorgeous, talented and very helpful. Those chicks on Wisteria Lane ain’t got nothing on the beauties in Blogsome Bay.
When I was approached about moving, it was a no-brainer. Not because I didn’t love my old spot (hell, I was actually in the midst of sprucing it up in anticipation of my one-year blogeversary), but because this site offers soooooo much more bang for your buck. Uhhh, or as much bang as you can get for free. LOL
My neighbor Beloved had the right idea, taking everyone on a tour of her new spot. So I thought I’d follow suit by showing you all around. Hope you don’t mind.
…A Circle…
If you’ve noticed anything about me at my other spot, you saw that my writing was a mixed bag of whatever I was feeling at the moment, what might’ve happened to me the day before, in the past, or what I wished for the future. That.won’t.change. So all of those entries will be in the LIFE room. There may be some rambling, but don’t worry…I’ve got a nice, comfy couch. LOL
…Makes Me High…
I breathe because of it. Can’t live without it. Wouldn’t even try. So when it hits me, I will definitely share what I have to say about it. The music is in my soul, and you’ll read alll about it in the MUSIC room.
…Many Miles…
Where in the world is Will this week? LOL Yeah, my job has me traveling A LOT. Maybe not as much as her, but still…a lot. LOL With this new space, I’ll be able to share my trips through photos. Nothing like a TRAVEL room where people can kick back and relax. Good times.
…Settling the Score…
Next to music, there’s nothing that captures my attention like sports. The camaraderie, the competition, the definite winners and losers…ahhh, nothing like it. And in this room, the SPORTS room, we can all hang out and see our favorite teams in action. This is gonna be fun!!! Uhhh, gimme dat remote! LOL
…Anything Can Happen…
Well, by now you’ve all heard how it is in NYC. A semi-police state, with backpacks and purses being checked randomly all throughout the subway system. I will chronicle that, as well as some of the wild stuff I experience on a daily basis, in the UNDERGROUND room.
Everything else–and there will undoubtedly be more–will be stored in the MISCELLANEOUS room. Be careful where you step in that room, though…there will probably be A LOT of junk in there. LOL
Whew…so there you go…a tour of my new spot and what to expect. So come on in, relax and enjoy. Now, I hope you don’t mind, but I have a block party to attend with my lovely new neighbors. If you know like I know, you all need to come over and join the community.
